Menu de Saison combines the quality of the familiar Calefax programs with a link to current events. Just as a chef in a modern restaurant likes to spoil his guests with home-grown products, Menu de Saison offers Calefax the opportunity to surprise with newly developed repertoire.
A musical arrangement in which the musicians play works from their new album Organisms which will be released in November 2025. The album is a crash course in the finest organ music from the Baroque to the 20th century, including works by J.S. Bach. For music connoisseurs, Calefax also offers lesser-known works in this programme, such as the new composition written by Michel van der Aa in honor of Calefax’s 40th anniversary.
