The Quintet op. 97 by Dvořák, a selection of the Préludes by Debussy and music by Gerhswin are on this menu. In addition, we’ll always long for fresh, adventurous ingredients and methods of preparation, which leads to different choices per season – it may even differ from month to month. So, we leave room for new dishes on the menu, and make sure to present to you our most recent discoveries.
